MADEIRA REAL ESTATE NEWS – ENERGETIC AND INDOOR AIR QUALITY CERTIFICATION OF BUILDINGS
As from January 2009 and in accordance with recent approved legislation (law “Art. 3DL nº. 78/2006”) both Sellers and Lessors are obliged to provide their respective property Buyers and Lessees with an energy and indoor air quality certificate upon signature of the Promissory Contract of Sale the Lease Agreement, whichever applicable.
