ART GALLERY EXHIBITION OF PLASTIC ARTS “LUSÓFONES”
On the 11th of December, the Centro das Artes – Casa das Mudas cultural centre played host to the inauguration of the Madeira Malta Artes Plásticas Lusófonas exhibition featuring artists’ paintings and sculptures of Portuguese origin and culture originating from Madeira, Portugal, Brazil and Malta. The exhibition is on until the 29th of March 2009.
The Casa das Mudas, internationally awarded for its architecture and perfect integration with the landscape, is located in the up and coming suburb of Calheta, along the Western coastline of Madeira – a mere 20 minutes away from the city of Funchal and renowned for its excellent climatic conditions.
